FUTURE STATE BLUEPRINT

The GTSBE e-board future state journey map shows the e-board member experience over time, from elections to transitioning out of the role. The journey calls out the moments of frustration and stress e-board members go through, and then shows how the hero moment concepts address the pain points.

The GTSBE mission is
