Description
Frequency
Every Spring
The newly elected leadership team is on-board by retiring the leadership team. The team reviews the GTSBE Process Book paired with Transition Documents. The old board member is first to set expectations that all detailed logistics planning of events and programs should be conducted during the summer.
Supporting Process
The old President and Vice President show an example of gold standard transition documents. The pair reviews transition documents to meet predetermined standards.
Value
New eboard members can see a comprehensive review of what worked in the GTSBE Process Book, and the expectation that logistics and execution details need to be planned is set. Eboard members free up time to connect with members during the year by committing to complete tactical project work during the summer.
