Design sessions with Partners to co-create corporate events with the sponsors. Sessions would include design thinking methods to support corporate sponsors to stay engaged.
Supporting Process
Admin zone members own the action of setting up collaborative spaces for the zone to work, and training the zone to how to use these spaces most effectively.
Value
Eboard all board members on program content in advance of the school year which will result in high quality programing for the members. Admin zone is developed as leaders by owning this action because the session facilitation and enablement of each board member to contribute.
