Zone Meetings
Description
A session where the eboard reviews and signs the Ways of Working Contract to set program management expectations within the zone by stating appropriate response time, expected zone meeting cadence, attendance expectation. Zone sets this contract internally.
Supporting Process
The Admin zone proposes how they think the group should work together, zone discusses. Zone members agree on meeting cadence and signs agreement. Props points are awarded incrementally based on if members adhere.
Value
Eboard members will hold each other accountable and grow as leaders that take ownership, this increased sense of ownership will be apparent in how they deliver high-quality programming to the membership.
