Opportunity for the board members to be paired with a member to build a relationship. Objective to find out what the goals of the members are, and get members plugged into communities within GTSBE.
Supporting Process
Eboard members create a form to collect responses from partners. Responses archived to be referred to in the future. Eboard members reach out to members that are less involved to learn more about the members and find ways to get them plugged into the GTSBE community.
