Description
Eboard members recruit a group of committee members and sends each an invitation letter that has commitment details.
Supporting Process
Zone talks internally about who would make a good committee member. Drafts detailed invitations that invite the person to commit to doing very defined things on certain dates, so that the committee member understands expectations clearly before agreeing.
