Description

Zones recruits a group of Alumni, GT Admin, and Corporate sponsors to fill specific advisor roles and sends each a formal invitation letter to recruit dedicated advisors for the execution of strategic plans.

Supporting Process

Zone talks internally about who would make an advisor. Drafts detailed invitations that invite the person to commit to attending specific meetings purposed to glean wisdom from the advisory board members' perspectives.

Value

Eboard members build stronger relationships and can gain from those that have access to more resources.
